you place an order with us, this means you accept and agree
to all of our terms and conditions because you cannot order
unless you click and agree. We are not 100 percent
sure, but we strongly suspect that almost every living person
on earth lies when they click OK and confirm that they have
read and understood the terms and conditions of whatever they
are buying or downloading. At any rate, we are 100 percent
sure that we ourselves are Big Old Liars when it comes
to that. Godonlyknows what ridiculous things we have agreed
to over the past decade or so. We sure don't, because we cannot
be bothered to really read what we are supposed to. Unless
something goes wrong of course. But by then it's usually too
late. When it turns out we have accidentally and happily given
away our first-born or solemnly stated that we are nose-picking
anarchists undeserving of customer service.Terms

boring but we still think you should read ours. Not just because
we think it's only fair that you should read them since
we had to go through the awfully boring job of writing
them, but also because we really really wish for you be to
happy and informed. We cannot force you to read our
terms and conditions......but we would if we could.

Our
online store is open 24/7 so orders can be placed at all times.
Shop yourself dizzy if it pleases you!
There's just one little thing you should realize: Our shop
may be open around the clock, but we don't work 24 hours a
day. Not if we can help it.
We work Mondays through Fridays during office hours. Also:
Don't forget that we live in The Netherlands, so it's Dutch
office hours we are talking about. We don't know in which
exotic part of the world you live of course, but you
might very well be working while we are sleeping. Now, there's
a nice thought.
Anyway, please try to remember that you may order any time,
but orders, complaints, and questions can only be handled
during office hours.

us! Our mailbox is always open for all your questions,
poems and complaints. We will answer your mail as soon as
we can, never later than the next working day. Unless we are
deathly ill or kidnapped by space aliens of course.

Do
you really want to talk to us? Are you sure? We sincerely
try to be somewhere near our phone on weekdays from 9 to 12
am but we do not always succeed in answering all calls during
those hours.
If we can't answer your call, please leave a message and we

prices on the website are in Euros and inclusive of VAT-tax.
All prices on the website are exclusive of shipping and handling
costs. We
try hard not to be messy and sloppy. So there shouldn't be
any mistakes. But just in case there is one, this doesn't
give you any rights to sue us or force us to sell you something
for some kind of silly price that will send us straight to
the poorhouse. Just so that you know! Oh, and even though
you may not sue us for our mistakes, this doen't mean that
you may not point them out to us. We really do appreciate
it when you do! Thank you.

Delivery:

We
will send your order within three working days after receipt
of your payment. We will notify you right away in case it
takes longer. You are not allowed to sue us or get upset with
us or claim any rights to anything if circumstances beyond
our control prevent us from sending your order within said
time. And that's good, because we sincerely try to send you
your order as soon as possible. We don't like waiting for
things ourselves (not onle little bit) so we also don't want
to keep you waiting unneccessarily.

Shipping
within Europe is sent via TNT post. Registered mail service
is upon request by the customer.
International shipping outside of Europe is sent via registered
mail only. Check www.tnt.nl to see the estimated delivery
times. We are not responsible if the carrier doesn't deliver
on time.

the EU: please note: you might have to pay import duties.

of withdrawal:

Oh
dear! It doesn't fit/is ugly/the wrong color/
Yes, those things happen when you buy things online. It's
hard to judge what you are buying if you cannot actually see
it with your own eyes, hold it, touch it and try it on. That's
why there's a European Law called the
'right of withdrawal' which allows e-commerce consumers to
see what they are buying and to reflect on whether they really
made a good deal before making a final decision.

have seven working days to decide whether you want to keep
your purchase.
-You have the right to return your purchase within this period.

Return
Policy:

Do
you wish to return or exchange your product? That is no problem,
however, certain rules and restrictions apply.

Restrictions:

-The
costs of shipment for returning goods have to be paid by you.
-The shipment costs for sending via registered mail are non-refundable.
-Cost of shipments outside the EU are non-refundable
-Sale
items are final sale and non-returnable and not subject for
exchange.
-You are reimbursed for the total amount of your purchase
only if you stick to the return policy protocol.

Notify
us

Tell us whether you are returning or exchanging your purchase
and when you are shipping it. Make sure you give us your order-number!
Wait
for our reply
We will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Make sure you get
this. This is your proof of notification. You may not return
any goods if you haven't notified us.

Make sure your product gets here
within seven working days after you have received
it!
You and you alone are responsible for returning
the product. If you want to be sure it arrives then we advice
you to send it via insured mail with delivery confirmation.
Make sure your product is in its
original state.
That means: it must be sent back in the original plastic,
with all tags attached and in perfect state, without any damage
and showing no signs of wash or wear whatsoever. We
do not accept returns that do not comply to this.

When
you stick to these rules, we will :
- in case of returns: send you your money back as soon as
possible but always within 30 days
- in case of exchanges: send you the new product within 3
working days after we have received the returned product.

Limited
Warranty:
|
Our
warranty only covers any defects in materials or workmanship
within 6 months after purchase and entitles you to either
replacement or repair of the product. It is up to us to decide
which.
-What
is not covered?
Any damage or defects resulting from wrong use or abuse
of product.
Any damage or defects resulting from not following instructions,
such as the washing instructions.
Any damage or defects that you have attempted to repair
yourself.
How
can you use this service?
If you find a defect, notify us immediately by e-mail. We
will send you instructions on what to do.We do not accept
products returned to us without our prior knowledge, and you
must send a copy of your original receipt when you send us
the product.

try to inform you as clearly as we can about our products
by showing you pictures and by describing our products in
detail. If you have any questions about a product or if you
need more information, please mail us.

Design:

All
our products are designed by ourselves and produced in limited
productions. All of our products are handmade so each product
is always unique. Since every piece is one of a kind, it might
differ slightly from the product picture shown on the website.
Our
products are handmade in India in small-scale projects which
are ethical and fair-trade and benefit the local population.
The Flobberdewotsky-for-Mimpi collection is produced by Mimpi.

For
all clothing on the website the sizes are mentioned. The sizechart
on the website is meant to be an indication and a help.

Washing
-instructions:
|
Since
all of our products are handmade, we strongly advice you to
either wash them by hand or on very low temperatures only.
Use your common sense and be very suspicious of your dryer!
Dryers are not to be trusted. This is the case for all clothing,
not just Flobberdewotsky clothing!

cannot be held responsible nor are we liable in any way in
case of any damage or injuries occuring from the wrongful
